A friend is seeing them EVERYWHERE. I cant. This really freaks %26amp; creeps me out

Seeing bugs is a relatively common hallucination for people on certain drugs or with certain mental disorders. You friend needs a therapist or rehab and a therapist. Seriously.

Reply:Please, bugs are everywhere. You can't even see them all so freak out all you want it doesn't mean anything. Only get worried when dags and cats start freaking out. They can sense when natural disasters are about to occur.
