I am a female I live alone...how can I stop the mexicans next door from creeping around my house after dark?

I do not know what to do...every since they moved in next door, it never fails, about 11:00p.m. every night almost, they start creeping around on my property. It makes my dog go crazy! I have tried everything, I have even turned the dog out on them! Nothing works. Needless to say calling the cops doesn't work...what are they doing? what do they want? How can I make them go away?

Calling the city cops is worthless. If you live in a city with an FBI office, call them. Maybe you should try calling a county cop, also. Are they living in rented property? If so, call the owner. They are probably illegals. Take pictures of them, or capture them on a camcorder. Put a no tresspassing sign in your yard. That way, they are in sure violation of the law if they step onto your property. I would be very leary of them. They are nothing but TROUBLE!
Reply:get a bigger dog, and a little meaner.
Reply:This is a serious problem that is happening everywhere in the country. These mexicans that are illegals have been actually doing this to alot of women, and they will actually gang rape a woman, because this is a way of life in mexico.

I'd be finding another place to live real quick and i'd make sure i had good locks on doors and windows until i moved.
Reply:Get a pump gun n point at their head!
Reply:Start dating a border patrol or INS agent (or get a uniform of one and wear it around the house) lol that will get their attention.

I bet all these thumbs downs are from Latinos, or people that think they should be allowed in our country even if illegal. Or the one's who cry "they do this becasue they have to to survive"
Reply:I find it hard to believe that the MEXICANS next door are creeping around your house at 11:00p.m. every night. Perhaps one of them goes to work or gets off of work at that time and they are outside with the vehicle. You didn't say if you have actually seen them doing this or if you think they are because your dogs are barking.

Mexicans are safe sweetheart. Go next door and introduce yourself and tell them you've noticed this sound around that time and ask them if they can keep an eye out for you. I bet you'll be surprised.

Good Luck!

Reply:Find some way to have your yard fenced. That Will define the boundaries. Call the cops when they come into your yard. Make sure they haven't tapped into your electric and water lines.
Reply:Have the cops go talk to them. Or, go over there with the cops, then get a retraining order on them. Have them 86'd off them property (trespassed) the next time they go to jail.
Reply:i would suggest having a male friend or brother come by and see that you are not alone. try and find someone that looks big and strong that would intimidate these mexicans. Let them think your not alone and that you have friends close by that can take care of business if need be.
Reply:explain to the police that they do this every night at the same time and see if the police could patrol around your house about this time. This would be better than calling them every time and if the Mexicans see that the police are patrolling about that time maybe they will stop.
Reply:Move out
Reply:get a restraining order. They have no right to be on your property. With a restraining order the police have to do something.
Reply:where in the world do you live that the cops dont care??!?!? are you afraid of them to the point that you dont want to go over to their house in the day light (maybe with a big friend or two ) and ask them what the heck their problem is? i was ging to suggest a bigger , more threatening dog, mabe motion lights on the property ? do they seem threatening, like peepers (windows)...what do they do everynight, just wander in your yard....how odd. being a female alone i would continue to bug the police about it until the do something.have they at least gone over there and told them to stop ?
Reply:get a dog that will do something about it.leave him out at night.raise your fence height.tell them your a bit screwy and might shoot them by accident.
Reply:I am so sorry that you have to deal with this problem...talking to them during the day is worthless if they don't speak english (most of them don't where I'm from.) This is a big problem and a violation, you shouldn't have to be scared every night. I would call the cops every night...eventually they will get tired of you calling and come to your house. I would also invest in a stun gun. You can order them online. I just did because I was followed around a grocery store for over an hour by a mexican the other night and he followed me outside! (not the first time either)
Reply:Have you tried talking to them? Going over to their house in the daylight to ask them what's going on? Or you could get motion detector lights installed outside, so if they come over, your yard would be flooded with light and it might scare them off. If that doesn't work, I'd call the police and ask them what you should do.
Reply:try putting a electic fence , or call some boys to beat them up I i could I would come to help aswell but sorry
Reply:you need to confront them do you have male friend have him help you there is ways to deal with them but you can,t set booby traps because it tis illegal but.....
Reply:call the cops
Reply:You need to really talk to the police about it. Nobody should have to live in fear of their next door neighbors. What are they doing at night? putting out the garbage, working on their cars, selling drugs?

Install lights that go on whenever anyone crosses onto your property. Light is a good way of keeping the bad guys away.

But do call the police and tell them they are on your property they need cause to do a drive by of your house at 11pm at night.
Reply:open your curtains and undress, that should scare them off.
Reply:Throw some black beans out around your property and that should keep them busy for a while.
